My mom is from Shiraz and we enjoy Persian cuisine very much. We were looking up our normal persian restaurant for the hours and we found this hidden gem tucked near a little neighborhood. The food is the best. The food has such great flavor. We get all our traditional meals like fesenjoon, koobideh, ghormeh sabzi. The flavor is very traditional and the food is hot. You have to check this place out. Not very many people during dinner, but they are busy for lunch. Belly dancing on Saturday nights.

Nice ambience, friendly service and delicious authentic Persian cuisine are what you will find at Shiraz. It was our first time trying out and we went on a Sunday for lunch. The interior is very elegant making you feel you have been invited to a Persian home for dinner. We tried the Kashk e Bademjan, a favorite of mine, this one was served warm with fresh pita triangles and a nice umami flavor. Then for the main course I tried the chicken kebab and koobideh kebab plate which came with a nice presentation of tahdig (crispy saffron rice) and a grilled tomato with salad. Portions were enormous and I look forward to enjoying this meal again tomorrow for my work lunch. Go visit this place and show them some love. They also have a belly dancer on Saturday nights, could be a fun date night.
